Getting set up, answers to common questions, and a direct line when you need one.

Getting started

A short path to your first show file:

  • Install from the App Store or Microsoft Store
  • Create a cue list and add your first cue
  • Sign in on additional devices to share the list
  • Run an audio check in the room before doors

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms are supported?

Show Caller AI runs on macOS, iOS, and Windows. Cue lists sync across signed-in devices.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Once a cue list is on the device, the show runs without a network. Changes sync the next time you come online.

Is there a cue limit?

No. Create as many lists and cues as your production needs.

Can a team share a cue list?

Yes. Share a list and everyone on the show receives the same calls at the same time.

Troubleshooting

If something is off, start here:

  • Update to the current version
  • Check audio output and permissions on the device
  • Confirm the network connection if cues are not syncing
  • Relaunch the app if a cue does not fire as expected
